1. Scope & Eligibility

  • These terms apply exclusively to entries, packages, and booking services offered by Strip Club Barcelona.

  • All purchases are final and tailored to your booking, but we strive to provide flexibility where legally obliged or operationally feasible.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

3. Refund Timeline and Method

  • When eligible for a refund:

4. Booking Changes & Date Flexibility

  • All entries and packages are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

  • If you’re unable to attend on the intended date, you may reschedule within that 1-year period, at no additional charge, subject to availability and adequate notice.

5. Refund Policy When Cancelling

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs >14 days before the scheduled event (only where cooling-off applies and not specifically exempt).

  • After 14 days (or if the booking is exempt), refunds are at our discretion; we may offer:

    • A partial refund minus a service fee to cover transaction costs, or

    • Credit toward a future booking valid for 1 year.

  • If the event is cancelled by Strip Club Barcelona for reasons within our control, we will offer:

    • Full refund, or

    • Option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Non-Refundable & No-Show Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Tickets already used or where check-in at the venue has occurred.

  • Cases where the venue denies performance access, unless the cancellation occurred before the performer’s arrival.

  • Cancellations at your location after the performer has arrived, even if the reason is not the performer’s fault.

7. Service Issues at the Venue

If services listed in your voucher are not provided or under-delivered:

  • Immediately notify our customer service at the venue to let us attempt to remedy the situation on the spot.

  • Refunds can only be considered if you contacted us at the time of the issue on-site.

8. How to Initiate a Refund or Change Booking

  1. Contact us promptly via email or phone (during club opening hours) with your booking details.

  2. For on-site performance issues, notify customer service immediately (see point 7).

  3. Refunds or credits, if approved, will be processed and sent using your original payment method.

9. Compliance with Consumer Laws

  • We fully comply with EU and Spanish regulations governing consumer rights and refunds.

  • If legal mandates exceed our stated terms, those legal rights take precedence.
