  • Contract: Formed when you submit a booking request and receive confirmation.

3. Consumer Rights & Guarantee

  • Withdrawal Right: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an online reservation unless the service is for a specific event on an agreed date (e.g., show booking)
  • Legal Guarantee: Goods (if any physical merchandise is included) and digital services are subject to a 2-year guarantee against defects or non-conformity

4. Description, Pricing & Booking

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors or cancellations, and update information at any time. You’ll be informed promptly if any adjustments or booking refusals are necessary. You are responsible for accurate wording of venue details to ensure performance can occur as booked.

5. Unfair Terms & Transparency

We commit to fairness and clarity in all clauses. Terms shall not create imbalance between your rights and ours, following EU directives on unfair terms

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment must be made in full prior to confirmation.
  • Refunds comply with the EU cooling-off period and our stated Refund Policy.
  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days

7. Booking Flexibility & Validity

  • Services (entries/packages) are valid for up to 1 year from purchase for rebooking, subject to availability
  • If an event is canceled by us, you’ll receive either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, are owned or licensed by Strip Club Barcelona and protected under Spanish and EU intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Spread malware, viruses, spam, or infringe upon intellectual property.
  • Discriminate, offend, or harass others.
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit false feedback.

Violation may lead to immediate cancellation and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as-is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from bookings, except as required by law

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising due to your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of changes

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts, ideally in Barcelona
